Useless

The app is useless. It will not allow me to view my policies even after linking them. It merely says I am not able to pay through the app and then becomes unresponsive.
It really is that bad.

Most of the reviews are one-star. I thought people were over-reacting. The reviews are accurate. The app and website are poorly designed and do not function in a manner which provides useful information or service.
No ability to have an electronic insurance card

This is the only Insurance App that doesn’t include a form of insurance card in electronic form. It is useless for me.
Not very detail auto policy.

The dental issuance details are much better detailed and displayed than the Grand policy for the house and auto. I believe they need to improve this app. Or maybe rebuilt it from bottom up

The app doesn’t work. At all. When I registered it made me confirm I was not a robot. Close to 100 times. Then it would not let me log in. I requested log in help but they didn’t recognize my username, and they could not send me an email because they didn’t recognize my email address. I tried to start the process over but they made me verify I was not a robot again. After 10 times of verifying I was not a robot the app said I timed out. It then sent a message, thanking me for signing up for paperless billing, which, obviously I did not do because I could never log in to my account. Finally, I did what any sensible person would do. I violently cursed the makers of this app and all those associated with it, promptly deleted it with malice, and deeply regretted the life I had so foolishly wasted on this soul-crushing app.
Does not take full credit card number

The app will not allow you to enter the full credit card number. No way you can pay using the app with a credit card
Can’t Add Updated Policy to App

Can’t link my updated policy to the app. It requires a policy start date be entered to continue. The calendar comes up blank so I can’t add a date and the app won’t let me type it in.
