Choose from three options to schedule delivery of your collection:
1. Release Today. If you choose this option, your collection will be released immediately. Please note, you will not be able to recall or change a collection once it has been released.
2. Specify a date. You can schedule a collection to be shared with your designates at a specific date in the future. You can continue to add other designates and change content in the collection until the collection has been released.
3. Account Inactive. Choose this option if you want to schedule a collection for release when your MetLife Infinity account status have been changed to inactive. You need to add one or more trusted designates in order to use this option. Once a trusted designate changes your MetLife Infinity account status to inactive, you will receive an email notifying you. If you don't respond to that email within 15 days, any collections that you scheduled to be released on account in-ctive will be released to your designates.
Once your collections have been sent they cannot be changed or recalled and your designates will enjoy your memories forever.
Start using infinity today. Users must be 13 and above.
Great concept. Few kinks that need to be worked out. App crashes when attempting to add contacts. Not intuitive and requires picture by picture upload. Love that were getting to test early and provide valuable feedback!
This app is very polished for a v1.0 app. It feels very snappy and well thought out. I only wish that the sign up process was in the app and not in the browser. I haven't encountered any issues with compatibility with iOS 7.
Not user friendly. Does not accept contacts if email is typed in mixed case. You should do an intro video so users can see what the app can do. Also grammar bad. When user is added as a contact they get many screens to explain what is going on. You use have when it should be has on the last screen.
Infinity exposes several features, but the one which stands out is the chance to select "trusted designates" (e.g. your spouse or children) which can trigger the release of certain collections you select to be released that way (photos, documents, etc) by designating your account "inactive". In essence, in addition to other social media features, Infinity gives you the opportunity to store a will containing not just documents but also photos and other beautiful memories that can be guaranteed to be shared with your loved ones, should anything seriously bad ever happen to you.
When importing a contact it crashes when the contact does not have a first and last name in your contacts list on iPhone. As most people store their closest contacts by first name only, i can see this being a common issue for many. After giving my spouse a last name, i was able to import her as a designee.
I like the concept of the app. I see myself using this regularly as my memory vault. I wish usability could be improved especially around initial sign up process. Overall great up!
