Customer service with online sales

I have sold online for a few years, and there is absolutely no other app that the customer service is second to none. Mercari will answer you within 24 hours which is almost unheard of if there is an issue a lot of times they will just pay the seller and the customer to take care of the situation quickly. A lot of people want to try to give this app a bad name but honestly it is one of the most amazing apps I’ve ever sold on and purchased. Most all bad ratings if you start digging into it it will fall back on the person with negligence to read any policies and procedures

I used to love this app as a seller but lately they’ve had so many issues. I’ve been a seller (and buyers) for years and the customer service has gone downhill! They keep having issues verifying my identity, they haven’t responded to my messages in over a week and I can’t transfer my money or purchase anything because of that. Very dissatisfied with this app right now

This app seems to have tons of scammers, and when selling, endless low offers. I received multiple offers of $10-15 dollars for a $95 Nike item. The app crashed for a day and also had issues making payments on some sales. I hope they improve this app, has great potential.

Through this app I had the pleasure of finding an extraordinary lady who walked me through how to purchase my 1st large Lego order. I never would have ordered this large order being brand new to this site. My granddaughters have patiently been waiting for this box to arrive. When it did they ran all around the house waiting for the box to be opened. The rest is history. They’ve already put together 3 of them. Please let the seller know how special she is and she represents your online company with the highest regard…
Scams and Terrible Customer Support

Trying to get a refund from this app seems almost impossible! Had an item that was marked as delivered but ring shows that no delivery was made that day. So either the item was mailed to the wrong address or I was given the wrong tracking number. Nonetheless, the seller is unresponsive to any and all of my messages. Support has not responded to any of my messages since Friday. All around, this is a shady platform. I would suggest trying grailed, which at least has a responsive customer support; or stockx, which verifies the authenticity of each item before releasing payments to sellers. Horrible experience. Horrible platform. Horrible company.
