Customer service is in need of a complete makeover. Hopefully it’s a automated system and they don’t have that many unintelligent humans working for them. My wife was considering starting a business, but due to many errors on their part, she is rethinking the investment.

Crooks they charge 10% and have very little overhead.

I’m absolutely in love with Mercari! I like how you can filter the page to fit the price range you want. It kind of reminds me of shopping on eBay. I like how my package came quickly, the item I ordered fit the description, and the item was actually in the box. I love Mercari now. I most definitely will continue to shop on the app!

Mercari let’s you make an offer on an item but you need to download the app to “chat” w/seller. Seller told me the transaction failed, twice, because Mercari won’t accept my credit card. I didn’t use my cc, It was through PayPal! And Mercari won’t accept it! And I will not use my cc directly w/Mercari because of all the bad reviews of Mercari making multiple charges on customers for things they didn’t buy and not refunding them! A scam of a company.
