I have a register account and every once in a while it will log me out and has no option to log in no option for customer support… I have the app but I have tried restarting my phone removing the app and installing it back again and no option to log in…

Mercari has many things and if you’re looking for a single item it might be ok… but if you buy a “lot” (meaning more than one item shipped together) BEWARE… if one thing breaks in shipping, you have to return everything or keep everything and eat the loss. Unlike eBay where you can offer someone a partial refund… it’s not permitted at Mercari. So be very cautious with antique or collectible “lots” because you may only get 1/2 of what you paid for in one piece.

Bought something that was advertised as working and it arrived broken and missing items and Mercari will not refund me so I’m out $70 to a scammer .
