Get yo Jump On

R.Maxie26

Jumpin on dis Bike is Lit. Super convenient to get around the city as at fast time without having to deal with traffic but, watching out for dumb drivers. I get to run errands and meet up friends without having to wait for an Uber even though yall do own the Jump bike right correct me if im wrong. The Jump bike is $2 for 30mins and $4 for an Hour thats awesome!!! I get to pause the ride & loco it up so no one else can use it. Unlock it by putting my pin and get going to the next destination. I Love using the jump bike it only took me 16mins to get to 20th and Mission from Sutter & Taylor Thank you Jump bike for creating & coming up with this genius app. You guys are geting people to get off your bottoms and get it Jumpin on a Jump Bike!!!

Good Bike and App

gregory.balzer

Ever wanted to check out an eBike? If you have, download this app and take one of these cherry red cruisers for a spin around the block. Of course you have to live in an area serviced by Jump, which in these parts includes Sacramento and Davis. Outside these areas? Don’t worry because Jump is owned by Uber, so they are going to expand rapidly. The app was pretty easy to configure on my iPhone. The app is worth 4 stars. The bike was a solid 4 stars too. I commute to work on a road bike, so it wasn’t too speedy, but for most folks you ought to feel speedy enough. L

Great service but needs more bikes.

Just launched in my city and I have already used this service several times. The bikes work great and the electric assist is very helpful. The app is easy to use to find and reserve bikes near me. My only complaint is that there don't seem to be enough bikes and the hubs are always empty. I used this service in Washington DC and the offered a dollar off your ride for returning bikes to the hubs and I wish they offered that in SF and Sacramento.

I see bikes, all reserved....

Bikes are all reserved for some reason.

App is a little quirky

Wlerik

Love the bikes. Had problems with the app initially, but they seem to have been fixed.

Works

Allisondan

If works. It crashes a little too often, and often goes to background when sleeping the display, but it does well at mapping the bikes, and has the info I need.

No security

App works well, love the concept – But! Anybody opening the app on my phone can immediately access both my account number and my password. Suggest at least one more level of password security!! Follow up to developer response: OK, developer - here’s my complaint: Open the app. Tap on the “person” icon in the upper right hand corner. Tap on account. Account number and PIN code to unlock any JUMP BIKE IS DISPLAYED.

I had my doubts but this rocks

dr.kimura

I was ready to be a hater but this is a great option and gets cars off the road. We just need more bikes in the system.
