I have tried using the scooter on 3 separate occasions all fully charged and they do not go past 5 mph don’t waste your time stick with the bikes when they aren’t glitching out and staying locked but charging you time.

First time using JUMP in Tampa, Florida. The scooters would stop working every couple of minutes and required you to pay $2 to start it up again only to stop working

Tried about 10 bikes in Paris, the app wouldn’t unlock any of them. Huge disappointment

The app has no way to contact support leaving me stranded when a bike wouldn’t unlock and it thought I was on that ride so couldn’t reserve a different bike. Had to take a taxi to get home at significantly higher cost and inconvenience after walking several blocks to get to the bike. :-(

I have yet to find a working scooter in Chicago. In the time you’re messing around with the app/scooter and realize it’s not working you could have walked to your destination.

Around 3 out of every 5 bikes have some issue. The worst is when it has no pedal assist, even though the bike range will have plenty of miles. The locking and ending rides is horrible constantly being over charged. Hate having to contact support constantly and while they usually take care of issues or very slow to reply. And the surprise double the rate increase wasn’t great either. If your hoping on in a rush it’s a gamble. If you have time to find verify a quality functioning bike, well you have to much time on your hands cause it would probably take you 20 minutes.

I rate the app a 1 because the bikes work seamlessly about 1/4 of the time. When they do work, they’re a great option for short rides. UNFORTUNATELY, the experience is frustrating more often than not. 1) seat locks are constantly broken so the seats don’t adjust and you’re low-riding which doesn’t seem safe, 2) pedal assist randomly stops working and there’s no way to troubleshoot it, 3) unlocking and locking can sometimes be really fun (sarcasm) as they don’t always register. So, you’re stuck there on the street trying to figure out how to lock/unlock because the app doesn’t provide intelligent support. You have to call them like it’s 1992, wait on hold, talk to someone who’s asking a bunch of information as if the info isn’t in front of them. I just had a 5-min phone call JUST TO END MY RIDE. Takes the convenience out of the experience.

Terrible and confusing app. Poor customer service. Absurdly small coverage areas and very difficult to understand boundaries. Way too expensive. In SF the Bay Wheels app is 100x better.
