Battery

cmariag

We just rented a Jump bike for the third time and my husband’s bike ran completely out of battery. We thought it could still get us to where we were going (it was a short ride) but he had to ride the hills with no assistance at all. We got very frustrated with the service since we live in a hilly neighborhood and we really want to like it and use it! As a suggestion either have charging stations or don’t let them be rented while they are out of power. Thanks!

Fun and easy ride

Chr1sB0s

Rode 4 of these on my birthday with my parents and a friend. It’s a lot of fun, they were easy and had some power. Easy ride up hills. Had a question so I called the customer service line. They were helpful and even waved a fee. Thanks for the good times.

Can’t use it

Kongrid

Won’t let me sign up.

Quick an easy transportation

summitguy

The bikes are easy to access, and easy to ride. The only drawback for me is the limited zone that the bike can be left in. I would use them far more often if my job wasn’t located 5 blocks out of the zone. Also, there appears to be small lights on the front fork, but 3 of the 4 bikes I used had broken lights. This prevented me from hoping on one the other night. All in all, a great way to get around some areas of San Francisco.

Great bikes mediocre app

Bikes are amazing I love them. App is ok but not excellent. Nowhere near as accurate or fast as competing apps like ofo. Often doesn’t realize when we’ve finished rides and sometimes finding bikes is awkward as they’re not too close to the spot. But all that can be improved, and like I said the bikes are amazing, so this is the greatest add to SF transit since Lyft.

I Just Rode the Future!

Wow, pedal assist bike, park anywhere, the future of urban people movement has arrived. I can’t wait until the boundaries expand to the rest of San Francisco and maybe even transportation hubs like BART stations.

Fastest way between any 2 points in SF

Game changer

This is the perfect alternative to last mile or first mile rides. I love riding these bikes. Park anywhere! Always reliable and pedal assisted pedaling is awesome

A LIFESAVER!!

I don’t have money for a bike. Additionally, like most people, I run close to late for a lot of things and waiting for a lyft or bus takes ages. I love the freedom and affordability of Jump bikes!! (Consider USB charging port boxes in the basket, that would make everyone’s life)
