Bikes double booked, poor customer service

My bike was double booked, when the other person logged into the bike I was still being charged. Customer service was unfriendly, but did fix the problem eventually.

I love using these bikes! With the app telling me where the closest bike is and being able to lock it up, basically wherever my destination (only depends upon poles or racks being available), are the two best features. My only thing is there should be more of them because they’re becoming very popular in San Francisco and it’d be nice to have the confidence of knowing one will be close to wherever a person is at.

I love the service but I also have found myself having to walk more than 15 minutes to get on a bike. You guys need more! And find a way to distribute them evenly for other users to have easy access to. Also the price is a little steep. Maybe work on a kind of annual or monthly membership?
