Revolutionary to transportation

This system legitimately changes how you get around. Sssoooo good.

Where the f do I start

Dorque

Used this service first through the Uber app, was great and able to unlock the bike in under a minute. Tried to use it the next day and the app wouldn’t load the bike part. Downloaded the Jump app and went through the horrendous signup and had to type in my credit card number (how do you ship without Apple Pay, it’s the easiest integration), then when I finally got to the bike, my pin wouldn’t work. Had to sit on the phone with customer service for them to tell me that the uber payment hadn’t worked and my account(s) got locked. Why couldn’t either app just say that in the first place? Additionally, after I signed up and had already walked to my destination, I noticed the signup I did wasn’t even for Jump, it was some service called SoBi. Nowhere did it mention this, super sketch to ask for all that info and not even tell me exactly what I was signing up for. Suffice to say this service is garbage.

Love it so far

Nice bright red bikes, convenient system, good customer service so far. Please continue to add more bikes and keep up the good work with maintenance and service?

Had a great time riding one of these for the first time. I am a mountain biker and these things are speedy even uphill!

Best bike sharing service I’ve tried to date

Kijaaa

It’s basically the bike sharing service I’ve tried to date. I’m just disappointed that they don’t offer membership rates for unlimited use !

Worth it!

Charles Wilcox

I’ve only used the service twice so far for errands around the city. Yet so far I’ve found it far more convenient than getting into my car, fighting traffic, and looking for parking.

Why North Beach is left out?

liquid1982

Awesome service, I’d like to use it for my commute but I can’t since my neighborhood is not covered by the service. Why??

There are no bike hubs around you

Zakzook

Just downloaded the app and for some reason I can't find any bikes in San Francisco. There's no support or report a problem button in the app.

App seems broken

Trovador2

Does not move past select plan where the page shows up blank. The map also shows no bikes at all, so I guess it’s basically broken. Hope you can fix this soon as the idea looks promising!

Totally awesome

Coy Frisbee

Best addition to San Francisco since Lyft first came to the city and disrupted the taxi scene. I love this app and tell everyone I meet to use jump! Just need a few more bikes!
