Bikes poorly maintained, malfunction 30% of the time And I just pressed hold on a bike and it totally disregarded the hold after confirming that everything was all good. The front brakes almost never work Sufficiently, I’m surprised that there hasn’t been a lawsuit because of it so far. Get ready for absolutely terrible stopping due to absolutely terrible breaks. Go bikes have amazing that brakes. I have had two occasions now where the bike is actually worked against me rather than assisting me. I want these guys to succeed but they need to pick up their game. They were bought by Huber so they should have the money for it.

Love the Jump bike! Having them available in our community has added a daily dose of happy to my life! I only wish there were more bikes!

I requested a bicycle outside of a bar (Golden Road) in Sacramento. I was at the bicycle and it said it could not recognize my pin. I sat on the phone for 6-8 minutes and tried to talk to their support. None of them knew what was going on. They said they could not connect to the bike. So I said, “screw it I am grabbing an UBER”. When UBER picked me up(90 seconds later) we found 4 Bikes sitting 3 blocks away on 19th and L. I am now deleting this app and this BS company. The sad part is my town of West Sac just laid down to bring this crap to our town.

Would have benefited from a product manager and decent designers. Fortunately the bikes are incredible.

I leave my car at home now. It gets me to work without the sweat. Love that you can track where the bikes are. I’m a huge fan! Hope you expand to the outer Sunset soon!

All other bike shares have you on their bike in less than 3 minutes. I’ve 30 minutes out from registering, and my subscription is not active, but I’ve been charged for a rental.

Tried to rent two bikes. Both bikes got stuck on a waiting screen. Called customer service and they tried to send a signal to no avail. Couldn’t send another signal to cancel the first. Person got frustrated and wanted to send me to the next closest bikes over a half mile away. They got flustered and hung up when I asked for a refund of the initial $ I put in to start a first ride. If your software doesn’t work, don’t charge for a first try and then not know how to refund when the bikes doesn’t work. Not even once.

Picked up bike at Frederick & Broadway hub. Check in, bike unlock very slick with Acct # and PIN. Bike is heavy and seems oversized until you get on the saddle. Takes some getting used to low speed travel. Like going around a corner or stopping at a stop. Boost Work’s quite well, I would have liked a little more boost on the steeper hills, I could imagine a small, not so strong rider having some hard pedaling with such a heavy bike. Make the bell more obvious, I didn’t find it till after the ride. Is there a rear light? Looks like the battery pack has provision for one, didn’t look when I was riding. A front light would be nice, how to secure it? Check in was easy and liked the ride summary, including cost. Overall, a very well thought out system, will definitely ride some more.

After taking in money from Uber, the prices have more than doubled! There’s now a $2 for “starting the ride” that’s tacked on to the $2 ride fee. I call BS on Uber once again. Shady.
