Got great service and help through the process. Got on a chat with a helper who found my products and didn’t try and substitute anything. She delivered what I ordered snd was on time. I’m very impressed. Even though the service charge was a surprise it’s worth it getting great service. Thank you for your good service. A new way of life.


It’s eh at best

Half of the photos never load, so you get a brief description and have to guess that you’re ordering the right thing because you can’t see what it is.

They get your info and charge you $100 weeks later when you think you were just trying out “a couple days free”. Completely deceptive. They NEVER mentioned money.

I never knew such big companies could be scamming people. On January 4th I installed this app and made a few orders, due to the stores had run out of the items I ordered, they didn’t have them in stock so I cancelled my orders. January 5th I made a order again. this time my delivery guy kept changing the time of the delivery every 5 minutes so I wasn’t having it and canceled the order again. Realizing this app isn’t getting me anywhere I made sure all my orders were canceled and uninstalled this app. JANUARY 19th I open my bank account and checked transactions I see INSTACART charging me $105.56 for purchase I never made my orders were all canceled 2 weeks ago. I’m trying to reach their customer service and show screenshots but screenshot options are not there. still trying to reach them I want my money refunded as soon as possible!!

On an order of 14items general items from Costco three were wrong and one was missing. They’re going to refund the missing, but for the cost juiced cost of every item forget it. You have got to not care about your shopping at all to deal with that repeatedly.

Nothing is ever in stock so I spend so much time having to chat back and forth with shoppers to get the right item (somewhat defeating the time saving purpose), sometimes somewhat basic items are not in stock and my whole order become useless because said item was the main ingredient in my dinner. Overall can be really frustrating and is not as easy as just adding items to my cart and getting what I need at my door.

Instacart is a ok app but it seriously needs some improvement. As a shopper it can be unfair when instacart care doesn’t give us the help we need and just send us prewritten responses that get old ive seen them all use the same ones. Also my account was wrongfully deactivated after i complained about not getting paid for a batch. Isn't that illegal?


They steal 100 from you without a warning

I literally haven't bought anything from them, just checked once to see what a store had. Woke up this morning to them charging me 100 dollars at 2am for a yearly subscription i didn't sign up for as i was sleeping at 2am. I’ll hopefully get my money back as i canceled today but some people might not notice and wont be able to get their money back. Dont waste your time

I spent hours yesterday placing my order with Costco. I got a message this morning that my order was being prepared. Then, a couple hours after that I got a message my order was cancelled. No explanation whatsoever. I am thoroughly disgusted about this. I’ve had problem with Instacart before.

This has to be the absolute worst service ever. Not even talking about the couriers. How do you cancels someone order, and email the person explaining but when the customer emails you back to inform you that you don’t feel safe adding certain information via email, you delete their account indefinitely?! I’ve never heard of any business being conducted as such. As the customer, you’re supposed to Email us trying to reassure us about the process or let us know why it has to be done! Not delete someone’s account. Thank you for showing me how your customer service team operates, no, thank you for showing how YOUR company operates.
