It is absolutely despicable and inhumane to fire employees for demanding the basic labor rights everyone is entitled to. Knowing these employees are front-line essential workers who have been providing life sustaining services for others makes it even more disgusting. I’ll be telling everyone I know who uses this service and encouraging them to delete the app. Worker’s rights now!!

Don't use Instacart, use the delivery services within the stores where you shop. They screw over their shoppers. My account was deactivated for no reason and they won't respond to my emails. I'll never use Instacart ever again as a shopper or a customer.

First of all I got gift card. I have a right to use right away not for future purchase. I won’t be using app or service again now I can’t buy dog food and food. Someone give a gift-card for food and items but can’t use it because it says for next purchase um no excuse me.

LYING about delivery times, the slowest service EVER

Delivery time went from 3:30 to 6:30 (it keeps getting pushed back in 15 minute increments). Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered at noon. No shopper has even been assigned yet!!! This is how you run a business?!? What a joke. Telling all my friends & family to avoid this app. P.S. it only told me items were low in stock *after* I ordered and paid!!! Absolute garbage.

I just wanted to try it as a guest as it says you can when you enter the app. Once you get to checkout it asks for email for receipt and will not let you continue until you use that email to create an account. I don’t support companies that lie and rely on scams to get your business.
