HORRIBLE but good

Service was fast and perfect when i ordered don’t get me wrong!! but today randomly even when i didn’t have my card on file, they charged me for an annual membership! $105.99!!! i never even signed up for a membership at all and now my account is negative :( won’t be using again! If you’ve got the money tho the service is wonderful!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any delivery service. I selected 2 hours as my delivery time. 4 hour later I get an update that the shopper is finally at the store. It then took them an hour to get 10 items. When questioned why it was taking so long I was told the shopper was getting 3 orders. This is just awful.

I signed up over 2 years ago. I'm still on the waiting list. My cousin signed up and they approved her right away. My background is good and I have a license and insurance.

I use to be a fan of the app until I got scammed and I couldn't get my money back from instacart. I called and messaged contact support and no help at all. What a blow!


It’s Sad Really

It’s a nice concept, but at the end of the day, the customer service says a lot of things, but doesn’t actually follow through with them. Try door dash, like actually. At least they actually seem to care, and move with a purpose. Though, if you have tons of money to just throw out, including the hefty and sneaky auto renewable yearly plans, be my guest. I’m tired of having to talk to multiple people a day trying to get my refund back while my account is suffering. 24 hours, that’s what was said, and now, I’m told to wait some more. Why are you prolonging things? I really, really don’t suggest even trying this app, or even trying the free trial.

I placed an order with them and then I turned around and tried to use my debit card somewhere else only for it to be declined. I was shocked as I remember having enough money. I checked my account and saw that Instacart charged me 3 times for my order taking out hundreds of dollars. When I contacted costumer service they said the “best” they could do was send me a form to request someone on their team look into it and it would take several days. We aren’t talking about $20 bucks here. HUNDREDS! Of dollars. They were quick to take my money 3 times but “sorry” it’s going to take several days to return! Worst service ever! Do not recommend. Unless your ready to be broke.

Chat error

I’m receiving a chat error message when I’m trying to communicate with my shopper and there doesn’t seem like there is an alternate way to communicate that to them other than waiting for their request to replace or refund an item. And trying to chat online to a service agent isn’t working either.
