Slow… I have express membership

I’ve ordered about 3-4 hours ago and spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service … in the app my order says completed. The store is 10 minutes down the road from my home. I have an express memebership as well I don’t know why they asked me to have it delivered tomorrow especially when I have covid and can’t get it myself horrible service I do not recommend!!

I ordered my groceries over 24 hours ago and they said it would be delivered by the end of the day. It took over 24 hours for the shopper to even complete my order and now my perishable groceries have been waiting in the store for 3+ hours without being picked up by the delivery driver. It’s been over 20 hours since I was promised delivery, and I don’t see my groceries coming for a long time. Complete waste of money and time.

Delivery people are great, customer service impossible with company

Numerous times Instacart app has advertised convenient delivery within 40 minutes with 100% guarantee but afterOrdering the delivery time pops up as two hours later. So every person that has delivered for me has been wonderful but the app should not promise times They cannot keep. And if they do not keep the time they should refund the money for the order

I don't like this app! One of my coworkers told me about it, and I tried it out! The fact that I have to spend at least $10 is dumb! I only needed one item, and I ended up buying something I didn't need yet! I spent over $10 on just the items alone, and then came all these other fees! So I doubled the price when all was said and done! I have since deleted the app!! No thanks!

Shoppers stole half of my stuff

I have been using instacart for 1 year now and all of a sudden half of my orders would be missing or my order would be gone. I ordered a new desk and a Bluetooth speaker which both when missing it said it was delivered the girl took a picture of where it was and then took it with her I didn’t want to step outside while she was there because I had Covid but I did step out when she walked away and she ran to her car!!!!!! BEYOND CRAZY I went to get a refund and they said I can no longer get a refund because of fraud. How is it fraud when I have proof she ran off all I will say is don’t order off them unless your outside waiting for your order and constantly talking to the shopper!!!

Seriously, I gave up searching for items in store and come here and almost all the time the deliveries are ahead of time , I got my stroopwafels !!! So excited, you guys hire great people !

App doesn’t work after update.

Worst delivery experiences

I had a really bad delivery experience and customers service did nothing about it around 6 months ago. I tried them again last week and got the same bad service. Instacart refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I will never use or recommend this service. Obviously the rating on here is extremely inflated.
