Orders don’t show up and poor customer service

Made an order at 6:15pm, they said it would be at our home within an hour. Time was pushed out to 8:25, called them by 9:15 when it still wasn’t here and they told us our order wasn’t picked up by anyone and gave us no other options other than rescheduling to another day. No help at all, just a cold “I’m sorry have a good night”. I definitely prefer Shipt over instacart.
Horrible App, what a rip off.

Payed for items that were never delivered. Instead of getting my money back, I get credit to this terrible app.

Customer for about 2 years, Used to be great. BUT with each update gotten less interesting. The good: Customer service is great always The bad: Information for each item has been diminished. Added a fee on top of 10% that publix charges that in addition to yearly subscrition. I am thinking of not renewing.

I thought this would be more expensive but I actually save money and make healthier choices with this app because I can review my choices in my cart with the prices next to it and it makes me think twice. I’m working full time, have a part time job, and I’m also in my graduate degree full time. I often don’t have the time to go get groceries. When I do, I want to buy Oreos or get fast food out of convenience. The delivery has always been the right temp and on time or early. Drivers are always friendly and nice. The chat in the app makes it easy to talk about substitutions or missing items. Best decision I’ve made.
