6 hours after my scheduled slot. Zero help from customer service. Order not fulfilled. Need breakfast for 14 people in the morning and they’re doing nothing to help

Since the pandemic we were unable to use our Costco account. We had a family member getting an item or two, but we were unable to use our account not to mention burdening our family. So happy with service and my husband really likes it as he dislikes shopping! We have had 2 deliveries and each time it has been a breeze! Just love this service as it helps more than they know. Thank you!!

Items images stops loading after browsing few items. Had to quit and restart the app. Then it repeats. 1st using the service add 5 items in cart and have to relaunch the app 8 times. Lost my patient on this.

The delivery guy changed my order totally by adding incredible amount for I want to have. I thought he did swiped the shelves to add in my order. Plus, I did not receive my order at all. Should I call it a ROBBERY？Totally unacceptable! I would never ever use this app any how! Cannot explain the high rating. Does the developer delete any bad comments or bad ratings？

I love Instacart. It saves me time and hassle. And the deliverers and shoppers are so nice. I love it that they text you while they’re shopping.

Instacart is great, and it’s a big timesaver. We’ve used it several times, and always have good experiences with our shoppers, the delivery, etc. The problem I have had the last 2 times I’ve used it is not getting the $20 off my order. I click on the email which takes me right to the app. After I place my order, the total appears and the $20 off promotion is not applied. The “if you have a problem with your order” button on the app doesn’t include this. I’ve emailed the “other” selection which resulted in a return email that was useless. This won’t stop me from using Instacart, but I will use it much less now.

The service was OK but they need to be taught to check the expiration dates we got a gallon of milk that expires tomorrow will have to throw most of it away

Been on hold for 3 hours trying to get my money back on an order I never received
