I was told I had express membership. Charged fees and then told I wasn’t charged. I spoke to several associates and got no answer. Horrible platform.

It worked for a good 2 months then stopped working cause apparently I had insufficient funds ??? When I literally did not i used 2 different cards and it still said the same message it’s not worth it tbh

In my time of need I decided to give it a try. If I were able to add rather go to the store myself but I often see the shoppers in there and they seem to do a good job. But this is a freaking headache I’m trying to get groceries for almost 5 hours

I received notification that my order was going to be picked up and delivered. A few minutes later it was canceled without a reason. I’ve only use this service a few times and I’ve never been satisfied. Once again I am disappointed. I will be canceling my service.

Wrong Credit Card # Used

We have 2 credit cards on file and even when you select a specific credit card on the app, the payment defaults to the other card. I have to contact Instacart every time to change it. Please fix this! It’s the 5th time it has happened!
