Order delivery changed 3 times in the day. I reviewed my order at least 3 times and ended up with items I didn’t order but somehow on the list.

Thank you for Instacart. We started using during the early pandemic and have continued using it for all of our groceries. We have had great shoppers and quick deliveries.

But I just can’t. It’s supposed to make my life easier, but so many orders I’ve placed turn out to be more of a hassle than just going to the store myself or ordering through a different service. Whether it’s failed deliveries, deliveries to the wrong address, or many items not being in stock after I place an order, I’m often left somewhat frustrated. Having to deal with support for 10-20 minutes while they try locating the delivery becomes very time consuming as well. The quantity of stores and the item replacements are great, but it’s just so hard to get an order actually delivered to my door that I’ve needed to order through different services to get my orders delivered.

I love love love Instacart and the app is a big reason why I do.Being able to communicate in real time with the shopper is so helpful and provides a way to make sure the shopper can clarify anything. Love getting a picture of my groceries on my front porch. Altogether a very happy client over here!
