Only good for express Instacart membership

Unless you are buying a good amount of groceries and can afford to pay the membership price for Instacart express, it can start to be very expensive to use. It is nice for someone like me who has difficulty getting to the grocery store due to physical limitations, but it tends to be very over priced for the smaller amount of products say 4 or 5 items might cost a total of 25-30$ when normally in the store this would only cost be 10-12$ total. This is why is becomes expensive to use, the price of the items + tax + delivery fee + tip percentage. That is why I suggest only using it for larger quantities of items and paying for the express membership, it takes off the 7-8$ delivery fee and you end up paying less for tax.

The app does not communicate the replacements you picked to the shopper. I was told by my shopper that she could not see those options. So what a waste of shoppingif you can’t have the list of things you wanted in the first place. Aldi’s is always out of stock or running low.

Problems with app but not shoppers

The app lead me to accidentally buy items I added to my cart after I already had purchased an order. So I was paying extra money just for putting items in my cart. Then the shopper was cut off by the app making her checkout. So I had no way of getting the right items I wanted.

I bee been ordering for quite some time. This is the worst. The bouquet of flowers is pathetic and only a couple of good flowers. If urge selection wasn’t good then don’t get any. I’m thoroughly disappointed and probably won’t shop anymore. Thank you for your past service. Not happy Roleane Helder
