Shoppers don’t understand Product

The shoppers don’t understand food or cook or eat veggies so what they end up replacing items with or the size of veggies they pick doesn’t make sense bc they don’t understand food quality of quantities. Don’t buy unbranded items or veggies and fruit. Way too expensive. I now have to go back out shopping after just paying $100 for stuff that just won’t work.

Shoppers are horrible
zero convenience
The shoppers on this app give you no time to make another decision on a replacement item. The app was running slow so instead of waiting for a response the shopper either refunded items or accepted replacements that I had not authorized. Seconds later both times, the shopper closed out the app so I had no option to update anything or communicate with the shopper. I cancelled my order because there is no point in using this service if nothing is available and there is no allowance time to make actual changes depending on the shopper assigned to you

I am a stay at home mom because my medical conditions are complicated it’s difficult to shop and sometimes it’s too much, finding this app has been amazing, I am so impressed and I’m very hard to please honestly, being able to adjust and “shop” with the shopper so you make sure to get what you want/need is great, easily remove items and it’s all brought to you, it’s the perfect way, I have used other apps and stores and this is by far my fav! They only got 4 stars because my area only has a couple stores to choose from, but when they add more like Target I’ll add a 5th one happily!
Ability to choose the store location to shop

Want my shopping done at wegman’s in zip code 18045 and not the wegman’s on512 in Bethlehem. Distance from the Nazareth store to my house is quicker than the one on 512. In addition, I have good idea of what the store has in stock and know how to direct the shopper when they tell me they don’t have it... I placed the store I wanted them to shop. I asked her why she went to 512 and told me that is where they directed her.
