Great experience. When you need shopping done and are unable to go out. Babysitting my granddaughter and tie shopping comes to my doorstep.
Wrong charge

We received a charge in our credit card for an order we never did. We had to report as fraud to the credit card company, the credit card was canceled, and all the process. We just joined Instacart for a month and we did only one order. We do not trust anymore security at Instacart.

My shopper qas very fast, persistent with my order and was quick to send me a replacement option. Instacart is amazing and convenient. As a suggestion, I think thy should add more stores to the list !

My shoppers have been great; with this service you pay the price of convenience! There are hidden fees: service charge in addition to delivery fee, bag and the tip - that is consistently 30$ more than your grocery -

Easy to use, it’s very accurate. The chat feature allows the shopper to alert you of changes in real time and get approval of them.

Signed up for the express version to get unlimited delivery and the advertised 1 hr delivery, but still had to pick a delivery time 3 hours later because other delivery times were unavailable. I understand it’s dependent on the availability of shoppers and I still didn’t have to go to the store, so I really can’t complain! It just would have been nice to have gotten it in an hour like they advertised.

Extremely dissatisfied after seeing my total purchased then getting an email stating they were taking 25$ more than supposed to for 7 days, then when cancelled it’s 7 days for a refund not me I’m out

The app tells you they can deliver within one hour or within two hours when you start shopping but then when you go to checkout it tells you within 5 hours or next day! Very annoying! Need to hire more employees or something? Idk?
