Granted it is my first time ordering, but I could shop faster for myself on 2 broken feet. There have only been 5 items shopped in an hour and 20 minutes. I have 24 items. There’s no way they are going to deliver on time at this rate, since I chose the 2 hour option. I won’t do this again.

It’s such a relief not to have to go to the market! My husband and I are both disabled at the moment and this is just really been a godsend!! So far I have no complaints the pairs were a little over right but parish get that weight easily so no big deal. Thank you so much for providing thisThis service!

I love Instacart because they are usually faster than the two hours I request and it's very convenient when it's cold out. We are also in an apartment on the 2nd floor and they bring it up to me with a smile on their face! Love love LOVE!

I use InstaCart every week. This is the best app and the people they hire are good. They communicate if something is missing or if we need to replace items.

Beware the “Free Trial”

I subscribed to the free trial of Instacart Express. The free trial of the subscription does not ask for your credit card information - therefore, never indicates that the service will automatically renew after the free trial ends - and I NEVER provided my credit card information to the subscription section of the account. In fact, to ensure I was not mistaken, I checked in the subscription section on the day the trial was set to end and the “payment method” was blank. Instacart STOLE my credit card information from when it was used to purchase groceries and applied it to the subsccription of their own accord.

This is the best thing on the market right now lol no but seriously this app and service is amaz-balls lol they pick out the best and freshest items for you( well at least my “shopper”- Jeffery paid very close attention to every item insuring I received the best!!!! The service was QUICK! And very convenient for my busy life style. DOWNLOAD THIS NOW!! oh and p.s it’s pretty affordable too!

In fixable glitches

In the two years I have been using this app, they have yet to smooth out ANY glitches. On either the customers end or the shoppers. My items have consistently been coded wrong within the app to either over charge me or bring me the completely wrong item (we’re talking different area of the store, not simply the wrong kind of apple). I have reported all my issues directly to their customer service repeatedly but they still can’t seem to fix these glitches in over two years of being live.

I used to live in Indianapolis, and I utilized Shipt. Shipt would add about 10% to my grocery bill in markup, but that was worth it. However, Instacart is a whole different animal. It gives you a 10% service charge, on top of what is often a 40% markup. It’s just way too expensive. I do my own grocery shopping again.
