I tried to sign in and it kept saying “error no internet connection “ so I tried to make a new account and it had the same problem! I am very upset with the IKEA app hope it is please fixed soon.

Can you please add IKEA Bahrain? It’s one of the largest IKEA stores in the Middle East but when trying to search for Bahrain it’s not there. Kindly add as soon as possible.

Constantly gets a server not responding through the multiple times I tried to use it, probs need to work on the connection issues

An app that doesn't allow you to buy stuff. What's the use of calling yourself a multi-billion dollar store. Also Hire some decent devs to build a native app that doesn't seem like a website.

I ordered online with click & collect for next day pick up. Confirmation email told me to wait until I get a second email saying the item is ready for pick up. The pick up time went by without any email. I called the customer center, they said everything looks fine, and they'll contact the store and I should keep waiting for the email. I waited 2 more days and called again, and they said the order was cancelled because payment wasn't received. I told them payment was processed and posted on my account; it wasn't even a 'pending' transaction. They told me I need to create a 'case' to resolve this. I told them I won't do that and will dispute the transaction with my card company, which I did. Card company contacted them and they're still waiting for a response after 3 days.

i searches for desk. it brought back a list of 458 related items with no way to filter on just desks, not chairs, shelves, or organizer items. after the first 100 items, it gave me an error with no way to request more. reloading the app did not help. this would be useful if what i was looking could be found in the first 100 items. but it is not useful if it continues to give “related” items which i am not looking for.

To all the reviewers complaining about the other reviewers expecting too much from this app: it’s not too much to ask for an app to be functional. IKEA explicitly says in the description that this app is for (among other features) searching for products and adding them to your shopping list. It fails at this. The search is *horrible*, and the navigation is cumbersome and illogical, and UI is chunky, slow, and not well thought out from a customer standpoint. Just stick to the website.

App used to be fine, but now it will only load 50 items out of 100+ in a list. It shows the wrong items in categories and I can never find what I want, even though I know what is sold. It’s ridiculous.
