Why there aren’t any Puerto Rico locations in this app? Is useless and we have more than one store.

Does not include Ikea Family info which is good to have in order to look up past purchases, this should be included in the app but can only be viewed on the web site.

Hi everyone, If you want to save yourself from frustrations because IM CLEARLY INPUTTING THE CORRECT PASSWORD, and it’s saying login failed because it’s incorrect, this is an error in the app you need to avoid. Don’t want to be frustrated like me? Don’t download! Just go on the main IKEA site for your IKEA family member card and save yourself frustration!

I keep getting A login error despite being able to login on the website. It’s telling me that it doesn’t recognize my email. Even though I have an account. I then tried using my Account number and it still failed. Useless.

Email and password combo work fine on the website, but say they are incorrect on the app. Not able to log in at all. Disappointed.

It’s alright on making list before I go shopping so I can find things easy but the down side is that the images of items won’t show up on my screen. So far it’s fine except that glitch. - E.B.

I am so annoyed with this stupid app and their website in general. I have been trying for weeks to log into my IKEA family just to create a registry since I am getting married. When I log in online it signs me in but doesn’t let me create a registry. I decided to try the app. 30 seconds after I signed in on the website, the app is saying I have the wrong password OVER and OVER again. Fine. I will just try to make a new one.... only to be met with “you cannot change your password at this time”. I TRIED AGAIN and made a whole new account. SAME EXACT PROBLEM FOR 2 weeks already! Their website is unreliable and the app is even worse.

This app DOES NOT WORK! I have tried over and over to sign in and it constantly says my Login has failed. I expected better from ikea. This whole app is a flop. The only reason why I’m Giving 1 star is because I can’t leave it without choosing any stars.
