Missing part

My product . A 6 drawer dresser is missing a main wood cross piece . No part # , so I can’t request any part . As it is a main wood piece . It goes on top , in front . I have called ikea for 2 days . They have a 48 hour limit to notify them . I guess if they don’t answer, it means I never notified them . A dresser put half together with screws and drawers all over the floor . Call me , please!? Oh and box 1,2,3.... the instructions are in box 3 , of course!!

This app is great for just creating a shopping list and browsing products that ikea has available. What’s annoying is when I don’t have time to drive over an hour to my closest ikea and want to just buy online, you can’t buy from the app?? What the heck??! Wouldn’t it be a greater use of the interface to allow people to purchase directly through the app? Definitely awaiting that update. Also, thank you developers for keeping my ikea card in the app too! I never remember to bring the physical card.

There are only 4 categories showing in the browsing section (Summer, Winter, Kids, and Chairs). What happened, IKEA? They were all accounted for not too long ago...

This is in need of an update. This app is so annoying to use and don’t see the reason to even use this app.
Needs work - Online orders

Could use major updating. Making it easier to browse through categories on this app. Some categories have no items listed so no results come up when looking around for a specific item. I enjoy shopping at the store but it’s convenient to order online. Once I placed an online order, I then realized that there was no way for me to check on the status of the online order, other than the original order email confirmation/receipt. Wish this app was as easy to use and monitor as ordering from Amazon. If this app had some updates, made it a bit more user friendly and/or up to date with competitors, I would give it 5 stars then.

This app only has a floor plan for 3 floors in Nantes store in one image which I can barely read. There’s no search feature. Almost useless. Almost cuz if you can read it it does have the short cuts. Very disappointed.

This app should be marketed as a shopping companion for the store only. The fact that you can't purchase items in the app makes zero sense. Deleted.
