When I choose my country, the app quits working, and prompts me to download the “new” Ikea app, which of course is nowhere to be found in the App Store.

It won’t let me log in to my account on the app. I can long on to the internet, on the web site but the app isn’t working.

This isn’t really helpful because it won’t tell you if your designated Ikea store carries an item or if there is any available in stock. Also not possible to order on the app and pick up your order in store. In short...what’s the point of this app??? It is useless.

All I can do is make a list? I can’t order product? Love IKEA, but the app is powerless.

It won’t let you select a store or log in with your account! How is this useful!?? It Used to work great...reviews seems to show it’s been like this for at least a month... how have these issues not been fixed?!
Shameful app for a major brand

Counter intuitive interface, multiple crashes, lost of product details triggering “server error”. This app would be passable at best for a local store but for a big brand name like ikea.. seriously ?

Useless app, you can’t order so you pretty much waste time making a shopping cart so you can just redirect to the horrible website to do it all over again, get with the times and stop wasting people’s time

Overall I think the IKEA Store app has its place. I’ve used it several times of over the past few years and found it to be a helpful way to track the in store furniture I’m considering. However, recently most of the time I opened the app it says I need to download their new app, which isn’t available in the App Store and has surprisingly little documentation or news online. I think IKEA should respond about this problem, even if it’s only to acknowledge here that they’re having problems, or are rolling the new app out one country at a time.
