Fix the Bugs!

Won’t take my login password, I try to send a request to reset witha forgotten password but never get an email back, I put it that bizarre string of letters but it always comes back as something went wrong.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Down loaded the app but all I get is the Ikea logo. App won’t open

Ok so... almost everything I want to buy this comes up, “NO PRODUCT FOUND, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER!!” And that is ridiculous!! I went to, “Small Storage,” and then, “Wall Storage,” and that came up... I want to buy a case/storage cabinet sort of thing for my wall, and I can’t!! Please fix that and I will put down a better rating...??

I signed up on the IOS IKEA app & installed catalog app at the same time. When shopping on the IKEA app I was informed that more options would be available online. I was sent to new front page of different app?? Tried to sign in, no luck. Went back & signed out Tried again Again password wrong?? Please fix, very annoying
Deleted everything thing in my list

This app was amazing for the past few months but for some odd reason today it decided to remove all the items in my list. I tried to add items to it and poof it’s gone again. If this can be fixed, I’ll change my rating cause I do love ikea and it’s a great app to help find the items you want in the store without trying to find help to find it.

When I updated my ap it stopped working and I lost my lists. I love the store but I need to find out if the things I want are available before traveling to Canton

I cannot login to my account. The app keeps saying incorrect email\password but the information is correct.

There is absolutely no point in using this app as it stands right now. IKEA must’ve not paid their app developers, because it seems that someone has driven the utility of this app straight into the ground, leaving it for dead. Or maybe I’m just Bill Murray, and this is my ‘Groundhog Day’. Allow me to explain... A couple of weeks back, just as I was getting ready to visit the IKEA that just opened nearby, their app randomly chose to delete the entire, massive shopping list I had been putting together over the last month or so. Uh, what the?! Now I’m angry AF because I gotta cancel my IKEA day. So I start combing through the catalog to compile that list again, since it’s still somewhat fresh on my mind. GASP! NOPE. NOPE NOPE. Their useless app deleted my list again. Then again. Then yet again again. Obviously I had to give up on my IKEA day. At least for now. I need some time to regain sanity and feel less bitter towards the yellow and blue giant. But next time I make an IKEA shopping list, it’ll definitely be via website and printing it out BY HAND. Don’t trust this app. Save yourself a headache.

English is an option if you pick certain countries but not others. Why? I live in Russia but I want the app in English. Are my expectations too high?
