Add IKEA Card to Apple Wallet!

Why can’t I add my Ikea Family card to my Apple wallet!? It’s too much of a hassle to find and open the app while I’m shopping when I can open my Apple wallet without unlocking my phone. This would be a super convenient feature.

It says only current_store_not_available, yet its not at all clear how to select, change, or verify a store. Perhaps there’s some as-yet-unclear way to simply sign in or change accounts. It seems to require god-like skill and understanding to do anything more than view the equivalent of a captive web page.

It used to worked well. But now I just can’t use it to search products and manuals. Sad for that.

My daughter bought a loft bed that was delivered damaged to her home. She has tried repeatedly to get Ikea to pick it up with no success. She cannot get a refund until they pick it up if they ever do. Ikea told her she is responsible to call them when it is picked up and it takes a good hour to even talk to anyone at Ikea when she does call if she can even get through at all. She has been promised at least 4-6 times that they were coming to get it and my husband and myself have waited each time for them to come. Ikea should pay us just for all the time and frustration this has caused us. I have encouraged her to contact a local tv station if this is not resolved soon. She has quite a trail of phone calls and broken promises. She wants the boxes out of her garage and her refund. This does not seem like too much to ask.

Why can’t I just search product by name? Most idiotic app ever. Hard to navigate theu all Ikea products—app does nothing to streamline or locate priduct you want. Hate this app!

I spent more time Re-doing my cart ending up spending roughly €6000 and have the worst expensive/ outrageous delivery service ever. For a billion company like Ikea it’s unacceptable- PERIOD

the new yellow App for France is a disaster

unable to find items like on the old App. Bug, it does not open, it is super, super slow -I have high speed wifi, and it works perfectly for my roomates-. And with the new politics of ikea to stop to sell most of its cheapest articles, no need of an ikea App.
Very bad, never works, can’t even login

The fast that you can’t see the shopping list you made on your account on the app account is just one of the many, many problems with this app. It is constantly crashing, won’t allow me to login, and when you do get items on your shopping list and you want to remove them, it won’t let you do that either.
