No iPad Landscape Mode ... Another Deleted APP

Continuous Crashes

Seems this is yet another APP that does not facilitate a landscape mode. I deleted the APP and will defer to a computer should I shop IKEA online... I feel that if one says an APP is iPad compatible then Apple should generally require it to work in landscape mode as well as portrait mode, otherwise, it is an iPhone APP.

Some people just don’t have respect for IKEA

People are rating IKEA One star stop being mean to IKEA this Is not nice I think twice what you About IKEA

Horrible

Hold the Mayo13

Won’t let you order online, transfers you to their website and even there I can’t place the order. I’m able to add in my information but then just goes to a blank screen. Also the product shows up on sale and then the full price in the cart.

Pathetic App

Owens, RJ

This app could be amazing but it’s horrible. Ikea does a good job getting you to their products, but not with other functionality of this app. I just ordered $1,700 of products and once you submit the order you can’t find the order. If you want to make a change or in my case review my contact information, you can’t do it. I had to call their toll free number where I was put on hold for 45 minutes only to be told they were locked out of the order. This means I have to wait until they pull my order and send me an email so I can call them back, be put on hold, so I can get them to verify my phone number. This has been absolutely the most frustrating experience I have had purchasing through an App!

Core functions are there but it needs work

ItsTheArsonist

This is a mature app from a humongous worldwide corporation, so I’m pretty astonished that the app has goofy little issues like the search bar having constant issues like not being able to find results for products that the website brings up with ease. It doesn’t matter if you search by part of the name, the full name, or IKEA’s product ID numbers, but prepare to become very accustomed to seeing the “Server Not Found” message. I don’t know how or why this happens. Even when I’m on IKEA’s store wi-fi or my cell carrier’s Internet service, it’s a recurring problem but then, I’ll hop on ikea.com and search with the same parameters and the results come up just fine. Outside of that, the main functions work fine and the barcode scanner is great and reliable but they need to work out some pretty critical bugs.

Can’t find black furniture anymore!

Lbrew81

What happened to the black furniture!? All the computer desks are black and brown. All the shelves are black and brown! Everything is black and brown. I don’t want black and brown I want just some black options.

item no buyable

jolurock2000

I filled all the fields trying to buy a mattress, but when i did the checkout, a message in red came out This item is not buyable Why the item is show and then it can not be able to get it.

Useless

LukasMoreno

The most important feature any shopping app has is the ability to purchase it from the app, at least put the delivery option on it

IKEA should ship...it’s the cult classic of home goods

samoyasuke

...instead of having to drive 2 hours. E-commerce is all about shipment options...
