Please fix. Keeps saying Log In failed even though correct credentials. I am able to login through browser but not app.
Useless app

Only shows what is available IN STORE for pickup. No shipping/delivery. Many products not even listen or categories blank.

I have enjoyed the app while planning projects. It falls very short when not all the products available are on the app. Even with an exact name search. Needs some work.
SCAM KEEP LYING ABOUT MY 2K REFUND

Have been lied to about a month, so difficult to get a hold of so,eone everytime, wasted so much time about 5 hrs on the phone and managers and all always lie about issuing the refund. Product was unopened about total of 2k, I paid to return it and over a month later, they say was processed, was approved for refund, refund will be done tomorrow, should have it withing few days and eveytime is a lie. Unacceptable amd submitting a legal court case against them as well as reporting to consumer bureau.

Any item I click from search shows an error "not connected to server." If I can manage to find the item through the menu, I can look at it, but the categories are not at all intuitive to navigate. Worst of all, it is impossible to purchase through the app - maybe it's meant just for use in the store? Ditch it, stick to paper. Not worth the time spent installing.

I see led chair in other mobile app, unable find it my iPhone, product search is just useless

The majority of items don’t load when you look them up. Server doesn’t respond fast enough.

Worst app ever. I can log into the website but on the mobile app I got incorrect login info error.
The Most Annoying App

This is the most frustrating and annoying app to use — it’s always glitching, messing up, not showing all products, and it is organized in the worst way so that it takes you an hour to find the thing you want.
Why say no store I’m Bulgaria?!

I’d like to use the app but it says there are no stores in Bulgaria. But there is one in Sofia, and 3 order/pick up stores in the country! Stupid.
