Update: here is my Hopper confirmation BSWDHU regarding this ongoing issue. I have been contacting Hopper since last April 2020 to resolve an issue surrounding a trip that was canceled by the airline. I have received several emails from customer service saying they have received my request but to date, have still not been contacted by anyone to assist me. I will never book through the app again after this- it’s so much easier to have your travel issues resolved directly through the airline carrier.

I have been waiting months to hear from customer service regarding my refund due to COVID-19. To treat customers so unfairly during a pandemic is DISGUSTING! Update: A-KB14XI I purchased the Refundable Ticket option for $16, and somehow got stuck with a travel credit that your app will not let me use. And that your customer service will not assist with. I would like a refund since that was the whole reason the Refundable ticket option was purchased.

Absolute joke, more expensive than just googling the hotel. Every step makes the hotel more expensive. By the time you arrive at the payment screen you will be paying significantly more than what you see and click on. Misleading.

I needed a name change for one of my tickets and I was helped literally within the hour. Elise was amazing and helped me with such great efficiency!! Hopper never fails to provide such wonderful service!

I booked an international flight with hopper and then the pandemic hit and the flight was cancelled. I heard nothing from Hopper. They did not contact me with updates and they gave me ZERO REFUND! I booked this flight a year ago and it was scheduled for September. I’ve filed a complaint with BBB but Hopper refused to respond to them. I will NEVER book a flight through Hopper again! This is THE WORST app on the App Store with absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My confirmation number was FDBNDX. I expect a full refund!

This application is a scam I tried to price freeze a flight for 45 dollars and when it was time to buy the flight it went up. I dont recommend this application. Give me back my money for price freezing when you cant freeze it and I prize freeze 2 flights too. Waste of money. Plus no customer service number to complain
