Customer Service Issues – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review
Update: here is my Hopper confirmation BSWDHU regarding this ongoing issue.
I have been contacting Hopper since last April 2020 to resolve an issue surrounding a trip that was canceled by the airline. I have received several emails from customer service saying they have received my request but to date, have still not been contacted by anyone to assist me. I will never book through the app again after this- it’s so much easier to have your travel issues resolved directly through the airline carrier.
