freeze price is an scam

Don’t use this app they supposed to freeze the fly prices for you but all the attempts to book the fly after you freeze the price fail but not before of charge you the full amount and hold the money for 5 days , this every time you try to book the fly, customer service recommended me to try again and one more time it fail because obviously they can’t give you a cheaper price but they hold again more money from my back account for 5 days

After being double charged by this app I come to find out that there is no way for me to contact them thru the app like the instructions say. It is extremely confusing and there is no option on my app to be contacted.

I like hopper because of the notifications I get when a flight I’m looking for is at its cheapest. It’s relatively easy to navigate. I wanted to mention my experience with customer service - Specifically, I was scheduled for a flight home on frontier through hopper and the flight ended up being delayed 5 hours. Lucky, when I purchased the ticket I paid the $15 extra dollars for the flight delay plan just incase. When I realized our flight was going to be delayed I emailed hopper customer service and explained that situation.. at first they tried to explain that I had to take it up with the airline themselves which didn’t make sense because I paid that insurance fee. Long story short, I got In contact with someone at customer service who was willing to help me out and I ended up being refunded. Unlike the airlines themselves, I normally have such a hard time with customer service. I’d say so far I’ve had a good experience with hopper

I love everything about it thus far! Being this will be my first time flying, I’m honored to have gotten sooo many deals and to choose my seats on the plane! I also like the price freezes they allow you to make!! I’m always gonna use HOPPER!
