I click on the price freeze waiting for the option to choose my flight time as you moving through the steps it goes straight to payment and doesn’t provide the option to choose your flight departure time. When I called they told me it was non refundable I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to be provided an option to choose my departure time and the Supervisor Bradley told me unfortunately they can’t per their policy which is a misleading practice. They make you pay without disclosing you will not have an option to choose if you use price freeze. Do not use this app never again

SO frustrated

I use Hopper to book all my flights but for the last 4 days the app says “Uh Oh. Server Trouble” when I attempt to pay. I have watched the flight that I wanted to buy jump up $100. I have already tried everything… deleted the app, logged out, updating/redownloading it. I even had a friend try on her app but nothing works and they don’t offer a costumer service line!! I’m switching to Kayak, save your time and frustrations.

They say no hidden fees, price on app is what you pay etc. Well when I went to go pick up my car rental…I was surprised with hidden fees. Had to pay $450 extra after paying $130 for my rental for 3 days. Do not recommend this app
