Don’t use this app there is no customer service option. I paid upwards of $700 for a flight and bought $100 in insurance. Had to cancel the flight and did not get my Money back. There is no customer service number to call and no one returning emails. Don’t use this app!!!!!!!!!! Hopper confirmation code is YGAXYU

I booked a flight about a few months out with pandemic things are uncertain. Had a connection airline change my dates so it affected my entire trip. Was a bit of a challenge at the begging to have hopper make changes, it was days of process with a chat, a few back and forth but at the end they came through. I feel hopper is back in time how it handles cc issue, not understanding why it takes them 24 hours to respond. They don’t have a number for direct assistance, if someone gets back to you is on chat form or email. I only gave the rating based on resolving it for me but the process is as not so easy. Hopper you need to step up your game. Not sure if I would book again.

The fact that they already make It impossible to find how to contact someone in the app is one thing. But there is no option to call someone, chat feature was disabled and no one answers back or will even acknowledge that they are working on It. An email takes way more than 24hrs to get a response. You don’t even get a response within a Month. One of the worst customer service from a company. Note to self, if you cannot speak to an actual person, stay very far away from the company. Been trying to cancel my trip for the past couple weeks and there is NO WAY to contact Hopper directly. All of their customer support is automated and there is no phone number listed to talk to an actual person. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK YOUR NEXT TRIP!!!— It appears there is no way to get your money back after you pay them. I’m probably out $1,000 now all because I wanted to save a few bucks on this trip.
