So I have been stalking flights to vegas on hopper for quite some time. I love that I can watch flights. We finally took the leap and decided to do it! It was an unbeatable deal and I purchased flight delay plan. (DO THIS). After a small debacle of being locked out of my account I got scared I wouldn’t be able to use my delay plan or change my flight if something happened. customer service came in and saved the day. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They got me back into my account, and my flight ended up delayed but since we had the flight delay plan they got me my refund immediately. They truly are amazing. Thank you James L.

Do not use this for anything! If you encounter any issues, you will not be able to reach out to anyone for customer service. They don’t have a number or email for support nor do they respond on Instagram or Twitter. Please do yourself and your money a favor and do not download this app. Check their Instagram page. They have turned off commenting completely as their whole business model is to take your money for services not rendered. Stay away!!!! Confirmation code:LLQAAI

Many searches no results

Fun Homescapes!

Tried many searches always receive an error. No results, nothing to book. I’ll stick with tried and true booking companies.

The worse app to book ticket. I was trying to booked a ticket and they popped up said I can’t book the ticket for some reason but when I check my bank and of course they charge my bank. And you can’t get a hold of a customer services.

Honestly I wish I could give zero stars. I had to change my flight suddenly due to a death in the family and I was told when I booked it that it was free changes due to the airlines COVID policy. But Hopper doesn’t tell you they have to approve the changes and that can take up to 24 hours while the flight increases in price. Plus I tried just cancelling and rebooking it but I had to get approval to use my credit and there are magically no flights available when you try to use credit (I checked without using credit and flights were available) I tried calling and emailing explaining it was an emergency but no one got back to me in the 24 hours they said they would. Thankfully American Airlines was incredibly gracious and got my credit from Hopper and applied it to a flight so I could be with my family right away. I used to tell people about Hopper all the time but now I’ll never give them another dime and I warn anyone I can. No customer service is inexcusable

Cancelled Trip Do to COVID-19

Had to cancel our trip due to COVID19 restrictions. Now we change our tickets because American Airlines said we booked through Hooper and Hooper has no contact information. We just go in circles on their app.

You can’t get a hold of anyone. Literally no one. Used the price freeze feature.....and then it would not book the flight for me. “Error” message. Tried customer support via the app....no call back. I am sure the $60 that I used to freeze the price will become a donation.
