It’s the app I look at first to see what deals it has. Love that it’s user friendly. Also love the feature you can plan ahead and the app will give you updates when the prices will go up if you don’t buy within timeframe. No glitches with app ever and haven’t found anything that should be added to app. They also provide hotel and car rentals. Great app overall!

First I purchase travel insurance which said I would not have to contact the airline or customer service to cancel or change my flight this was not the case I was on the phone for most of yesterday trying to get my flight fixed then they canceled a hotel reservation that I did not cancel and booked a hotel reservation that was actually on a price freeze so then again I was trying to contact someone about it and was in chat for an hour with no response when trying to fix anything with hopper you have to connect with multiple people there is never one person that is able to help you solve the problem then even with all of these issues they are not offering any type of compensation they are not refunding any of my price freezes or the travel insurance that I paid they have no phone number for you to contact anyone and based on my experience I chose to book directly with the hotel and airline.I was literally on the phone all day yesterday trying to get the situation is with hopper fixed and still they have offered no compensation I believe I should at least be refunded for my price freezes and travel insurance considering everything that I have gone through

Paid for VIP support and it was not working throughout the entire time I had my reservation even though I needed to cancel, so I was unable to cancel and got charged for a booking that I never ended up going to. I am now trying to reach out to customer service in the app but it does not show up under “get help” when i click on my past trip. I then tried to call their support number but never heard back. Literally unable to contact their support team both through the app and on the phone.
They Don’t Care About Covid

Don’t buy any tickets through this company. You think airlines are tough, but I’ve never had worst customer service experience then trying to logically work through problems with this company. Had to cancel a flight due to Covid, purchased insurance knowing that flights are a little unknown right now since we all were in lockdown. Once I canceled, they said I could get my money back but had to work directly with Delta - after hours on hold found out that wasn’t true. Then was told I could apply it as a credit. Purchased a new flight a few months later but Hopper doesn’t let you pick your flights when you want to use credit - you only get to choose the dates and they decide for you when you leave and get back. I asked them to apply the credit to my current order but the refused. Don’t use this app and don’t purchase anything through them expecting that they’ll do the right thing.

Super easy to use and intuitive, helps you navigate the world of airfare and pricing highs and lows. Helps you plan what airports, what airlines and get the best deal. Uses it also for hotels. Their insurance options and customer service is great especially in covid times.
