Horrible customer service – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

First I purchase travel insurance which said I would not have to contact the airline or customer service to cancel or change my flight this was not the case I was on the phone for most of yesterday trying to get my flight fixed then they canceled a hotel reservation that I did not cancel and booked a hotel reservation that was actually on a price freeze so then again I was trying to contact someone about it and was in chat for an hour with no response when trying to fix anything with hopper you have to connect with multiple people there is never one person that is able to help you solve the problem then even with all of these issues they are not offering any type of compensation they are not refunding any of my price freezes or the travel insurance that I paid they have no phone number for you to contact anyone and based on my experience I chose to book directly with the hotel and airline.I was literally on the phone all day yesterday trying to get the situation is with hopper fixed and still they have offered no compensation I believe I should at least be refunded for my price freezes and travel insurance considering everything that I have gone through
