They Don’t Care About Covid – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

Don’t buy any tickets through this company. You think airlines are tough, but I’ve never had worst customer service experience then trying to logically work through problems with this company. Had to cancel a flight due to Covid, purchased insurance knowing that flights are a little unknown right now since we all were in lockdown. Once I canceled, they said I could get my money back but had to work directly with Delta - after hours on hold found out that wasn’t true. Then was told I could apply it as a credit. Purchased a new flight a few months later but Hopper doesn’t let you pick your flights when you want to use credit - you only get to choose the dates and they decide for you when you leave and get back. I asked them to apply the credit to my current order but the refused. Don’t use this app and don’t purchase anything through them expecting that they’ll do the right thing.
