Will never use another service again. – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

So I have been stalking flights to vegas on hopper for quite some time. I love that I can watch flights. We finally took the leap and decided to do it! It was an unbeatable deal and I purchased flight delay plan. (DO THIS). After a small debacle of being locked out of my account I got scared I wouldn’t be able to use my delay plan or change my flight if something happened. customer service came in and saved the day. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They got me back into my account, and my flight ended up delayed but since we had the flight delay plan they got me my refund immediately.
