Can’t sign in and dont know why

Just created an account. I can sign in through a web browser just fine but with the app, there is a sign in error. I’ve tried numerous times and it doesn’t even tell me why I can’t. Tried contacting customer support and after half an hour waiting on the phone their suggestion was to turn my phone off and on.. are you kidding. I did that and now I’m waiting again to call them again. Terrible app, terrible user experience and service.

Yeesh - you guys have a terrible app! Won’t login with my username - have to use my mileage number and then I have to feed it flight info for it to find my flights? Cmon team - we’re better than this!

I have never been able to get credit for any of the flights I’ve taken through this app.

Es mi primer viaje con esta aerolínea y tuvimos un retraso de 3:00 hras en el aeropuerto,y no tuvieron la amabilidad de decir porque,creo que esto dice mucho en contra de la imagen de una compañía.!!!!

Boarding pass doesn't load, there is no reason to use this terrible app for anything. Everything thats supposed to be useful or aid in checking in DOES NOT WORK.
