With the Hawaiian Airlines Mobile Travel App, you can:
•Find and book a flight
•View and email your itinerary
•Check in and generate your mobile boarding pass
•Add your mobile boarding pass to Passbook
•Check flight status and schedules
•Select, change or upgrade your seat and pay your baggage fees
•Add or change your HawaiianMiles number for a booked trip
This app is easy to use! No glitches. Since, I purchased my ticket from a 3rd party my flight confirmation code was inaccurate, so I had to call the airline; no biggie. Can’t wait for my trip!

Compared to other airlines, this app is pretty weak. If you want to do anything beyond checking in, it opens a web browser. Why bother? Just use the mobile web if that’s the case. It also doesn’t allow you to either save a credit card or auto fill credit card information saved in Safari, which means I need to manually enter it each time. It’s also very confusing to see if my KTN or HAMiles info is already on my reservation during the check-in workflow. If this app had a fraction of what United Airlines offers, it would be a much better app.

I have had my login error out so many times and have had to change my password. Since you can’t use old passwords it’s making it extremely more difficult and exceedingly more frustrating for me to justify even keeping this app. I was told to use another browser which I though was strange since it’s the app giving me problems not the website login. Apparently I’m the only one having this issue but I’m not going to keep changing my password because the app can’t recognize my login even though the website does. *UPDATE* I figured out that unlike most (if not all other) sites I use, this one automatically begins the password login with uppercase. I’m so used to having to “manually change” any letter from lower to upper case that I didn’t realize the app automatically began with upper case and so each time I tried to login (my password begins with a uppercase letter) I selected the shift which in actuality made it lowercase. Been so used to doing it one way as force of habit I didn’t realize it was my error.
Too many bugs. Crashes too frequently and won’t load ticket information.
How are the reviews so high? The app doesn’t allow login at all. I can login to the browser but when I try to login via the app it’s been throwing an error for the past week. It would be nice to manage my trip, get boarding passes, etc. through the app.
