Passbook support is a lie

Zeastrolux

I think they meant to say "take a screen capture"

Functionally useless except for booking

Dr. Paulie

You must go to a desktop to print a boarding pass. Check in requires that you know all of your numbers, even though you have logged into your account. My guess is that the app was developed by the airline owner's children, or perhaps in a high school computer class; maybe both! Certainly not professional or easy to use. Suggest the developers look at any other airline in the world for hints. I thought I'd try this again, figuring they couldn't leave junk like this out. It's worse than before. Too bad there is not a zero rating. Went through an inter-island booking attempt 3 times. It's always start to finish. Very user unfriendly. After entering reams of data - ap doesn't save anything - I get to the final screen for payment and get an "unable to submit" message. No explanation. Just a "screw you" sort of thing. Tried one more time. No improvements. Impossible to print an itinerary. I tried to email it to myself so I could print it. Abject failure with broken links. Don't waste your time! Use the website instead. It's lousy, too, but usable with persistence. Better yet, use Kayak or similar to book.

Can't Sign In. Useless App.

Cannedcornbread

Can't sign in. Can't do anything really. Can only check flights a day ahead. Might as well use your browser instead of this app.

Zero confidence

If they're this bad at engineering an app, I have to question how bad they are at maintaining their fleet of planes. Won't be flying Hawaiian. I live by the laid back hang loose philosophy but not when it comes to flying in a tin can 30,000ft above air.

Slow clunky and not user friendly

chinobox

It really doesn't do much and the stuff it does it's a slow and not intuitive.

Not an app

Romeo0119

You use a wrapper for your mobile site and call it an app...what a shame. Hire a real app developer to write an app for you. This is not a true app, you can't have app data store since it's just your mobile site, I have to sign in every time to check my flight status.
