I seen the reviews and ratings but also seen the changes and improvements done over the past year. I wanted to book flights for inter-island and I can say that I’m very satisfied with the ease and use of this app. I experienced a network error during the booking process and ended up starting over. I noticed the seat I first chose was no longer available so I chose 1 seat behind, could this be a bug due to a network error? On my flight back I noticed that no passenger was in that seat I initially chose.
App is useless

I mean it really is. Cant track bags, doesn’t give you flight delay updates, doesn’t let you know what carousel your baggage is at. Pretty much just check in and download your boarding pass. Which if you have a bag you need to check is pointless as well because youll just get another boarding pass at the kiosk.

I just use your website because none of my bookings appear in your app anymore. Fix immediately app developers. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t have my flights and let me check in

This app is overall pretty good, compared to the old outdated web version. You can check-in, book a flight, and add passes to the app! One thing I’d like to see is the white bar removed from the in-app keyboard. Mahalo!

Another large update for the ability and convenience of checking in, adding my boarding pass to my Apple Wallet twice a week?!?... oh wait, my bad, I wanna do that right?? NOPE! Because 9 times out of 10 I have to go online to Hawaiian and re-enter all the same info that I entered in the App!!! .. 2 stars ⭐️⭐️ only because of the staff and crews getting me to work and home safely and on time! Mahalo!.. now if your devs could do their jobs as well, there may be a few more ⭐️’s in da future???

Only accepts Letters (no Numbers), when trying to enter a Confirmation # to find your itinerary. Have attempted numerous times over the last week to do so with the same outcome, each time.
App won’t open

The app stays on the initial white screen with the Hawaiian Airlines logo and that’s as far as it gets each time I launch the app. It doesn’t work on my devise which is the latest iPhone model and the latest iOS software update.

Bring the old app back! The new updatd app is SLOW...especially when doing 24-hr checkin. Just not reliable when I’m trying to upgrade my seat in a timely manner. Web check is much faster on the website.
