Awful! Almost made me miss my flight

I checked in on the app as I arrived at the airport, an hour before my flight. At the gate as I'm about to board, I log back into the app to find my boarding pass. Only THERE IS NO OPTION TO VIEW A BOARDING PASS FOR A FLIGHT YOU E ALREADY CHECKED INTO! And ITS TOO CLOSE TO MY FLIGHT TIME TO CHECK IN AGAIN! I had to go back to the counter and have them reprint a boarding pass. Never wrote an app review before this. I wrote this one before my plane departed. Wanted to make sure no one else got screwed by this app. Dumbest app ever!

This is essentially useless... Doesn't remember you... login every time, and has very few features. Way faster to search your email for the info you need. I keep thinking they will revamp the app with all the money they charge us for inter-island flights. Hard to imagine Hawaiian air really cares about its customers. I would truly be embarrassed if this app represented my company.

UPDATED REVIEW AGAIN. Still Junk! Dear Hawaiian Airlines, please use American Airlines app just one time, then fire your app developer and demand a refund. We, the customers, would be better served not even wasting our time fumbling around this sorry excuse for a "mobile app". It is just a poorly designed and ridiculously inconvenient Web Browser. You will still have to go online or call them to book.

Terrible interface. Useless for anything but looking at your seats. The website is much easier.

You're better off using safari then this app. After signing in, checkin still requires confirmation number. Redownloaded, hoping for change. Seems it hasn't been updated... Oh well, once my CC is up for renewal, time to cancel.

There is absolutely nothing about this app that is any good. Who would think in this day and age you can't get an electronic boarding pass for your wallet. The only good reviews of this app come from either the high school drop-out that wrote it or his mother. The website is slightly better but still no electronic boarding pass. There is just so much wrong here that there is not enough time list everything.
