Wouldn’t let me check in last night, this morning won’t let me stick in the known traveler number

Tried to check in about eight times last night. Kept saying there was a problem. This morning I tried without the Known Traveler Number and it went forward so I tried to go back to stick in the Known Traveler Number and it wouldn’t let me. I’ve paid for that and want to use it so I can quickly go through the airport TSA. Can you stick it in for me before I get to the airport?

I have been trying to sign into my account on the app all day to no avail. Keep getting a “Sign In Error” message even though my credentials are correct and works fine on browser. Tried reinstalling the app multiple times and resetting my password but nothing seems to work. Very frustrating and annoying! Love flying hawaiian but their app and website always seem to have some sort of bug and issue.
Buggy, barely useful

Sigh. Just a frustrating app to use, even in its simplest form of basic flight check in. Every time I open it, there a pop up that says “Oops! Something went wrong.” That’s it. Click “ok” and move on to signing in. Once I’m in, great, right? Nope. Click “my trips” and I have to sign in again, however my Touch ID doesn’t work on this part of the app, so I have to copy and paste my password to see my trips. But good after that, right? Nope. How hard can this be? My trips are never saved and accessible in the app, so I’m forced to type in the confirmation number and last name to access my boarding passes. It doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s certainly annoying and a nuisance to use an app that actually takes more clicks and redirects than just going to the website and logging in. With the app having Touch ID accessibility, I should be able to access all of my profile data with ease. This app makes checking in and getting boarding passes more difficult. In addition, the in flight entertainment feature is pretty sloppy as well. I don’t know how apps are made without responsive pages — if you want to watch something full screen, you’ll just have to deal with it being locked in the upright diameter of your screen as there is no portrait/landscape orientation response. Ugh. Disappointing.
Sign in error

Unable to sign in to the app. The “sign-in error” is the only thing I get from the app. The web browser option works just fine though. This is disappointing given that I just upgraded to the newest iPhone and the latest iOS. Getting a paper boarding pass is getting tiresome when check-in kiosks have something against me.

Doesn’t work. Put in my ticket number, immediately says “check in with attendant” on a pop up, then shows me my flight after clicking okay, then pops the same message up again but with loading that doesn’t end on top of the splash page. Your mobile website doesn’t work either in any of the browsers, says to pick a flight from the ticked number (depart or returning) without any option to actually select. Awful

I have been waiting at my gate for the past 6 hours. Not once was I texted, emailed, or otherwise alerted to the *canceling of my flight*. Meanwhile flights left to the same destination repeatedly. After waiting in line for hours I was told to download the app. After downloading the app I was sent to the customer service text messages which were zero help. My business has not been valued and I have been turned off as a customer. Consider my credit card cancelled and my frequent flyer miles (after I use them) never to be touched again. A hui hou

The app will not let me login to my account. I can login when I go to the website but the app refuses to recognize my password. So annoying!!
