Worst app ever!

Have not been able to sign in on app despite being able to use same username and password on HI website. Glad I discovered this before trying to check in!

The company departed without ascertaining who was on the plane, nor did it confirm that all had boarded. A company that closes the gate and does not allow passengers who have not yet boarded the plane to stand in front of the gate in time.

What a total waste of my time I got the video portion but blue tooth would not sink for sound and cabin help clueless MG I could pair it with my iPhone but not iPad Pro

The app is useless, just go to the website. Cannot view membership info or status. Unable to review flight schedule or book travel. Recommend that Hawaiian Airlines review other Major Airline’s apps and strive to at least have the same capability. But with everything Hawaiian it is always on Aloha Time.

I downloaded the app on both my iPhone and iPad. App downloaded fine. Went to settings>privacy>location services as instructed. App does not show up under location services on either iPhone or iPad.

Can’t believe Hawaiian can’t get this right. I have to enter my known traveler number every time. And it always screws up on the return flight so I have to check in at the podium to get my precheck. I can’t look at flights. Look at United app and just do that how hard is it.
Kicked out of seat selection

I fly twice a week and now the app keeps blocking me from changing my seat while checking in. Both my partners experience the same thing. We’re about ready to start flyin South West! Updated after comment: the issue is still happening. I am constantly kicked out of my upgrade seat while checking in on the app. The app has not been adjusted because I’m not able to update it. Disappointing

This is the fourth time I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It works for a few days then says cancelled time out request.

I just booked a flight and the app doesnt let me enter my e-ticket number to save my trip for some reason. Ive tried everything even doing the chat they offer in the app but no one replied!.
