Garbage…Always getting error message since install. Unable to log in to app. States my user name and people incorrect which is wrong since I can log in on any browser fine w same. Tried uninstalling and reinstall a number of times without success. I’ll stick to browser to check in and:or purchase tickets…

This app is terrible. I always have to check in on line and come back to the app to try to get my boarding pass in my Apple Wallet. Haven’t successfully booked, checkin, or entered KNT and Hawaiian Miles numbers. Always have to go to a browser. This app is nearly useless.

No entertainment

Just flew from Oakland to Kauai. 5.5 hour flight. No seatback entertainment on the plane so I was happy I had the app - at first. There was no option to actually watch entertainment. I clicked learn more and it gave me instructions to log on to planes wireless, which I was on. App was useless. Save yourself the trouble and download shows from Netflix or other apps.

This app is the worst app that has ever been created. An infant could create an app that is better than this one. Ridiculous!!!

Site must be more helpful! It doesn’t tell me I that my baggage fee has been accepted after I paid with my credit card!
App glitches

I had to delete and remove the app, then add again for the app to work properly. If this is a known issue, you should notify the users also we don’t have to contact you. What a hassle! ?
