Can’t sign in and dont know why – Hawaiian Airlines Review

Just created an account. I can sign in through a web browser just fine but with the app, there is a sign in error. I’ve tried numerous times and it doesn’t even tell me why I can’t. Tried contacting customer support and after half an hour waiting on the phone their suggestion was to turn my phone off and on.. are you kidding. I did that and now I’m waiting again to call them again. Terrible app, terrible user experience and service.
